Original quality, always
We read the pin payload directly, so you get the full-resolution image or the highest MP4 the pin ships with, not a re-compressed copy.
Save any Pinterest video pin as a clean MP4 with sound, in the highest resolution the pin was uploaded in. No account, no extension, no watermark.
Step by step
Works identically in the Pinterest app and on desktop.
Open the video pin, tap the share arrow and choose "Copy link". Both pin.it short links and full pinterest.com/pin/ URLs are accepted.
Paste the link into the box above and press Download. We read the pin and list every MP4 rendition Pinterest has for it.
Pick 720p for the sharpest copy or a smaller size to save data. The MP4 saves straight to your Downloads folder or camera roll.
What you get
We read the pin payload directly, so you get the full-resolution image or the highest MP4 the pin ships with, not a re-compressed copy.
No Pinterest account, no browser extension, no APK. Paste a link in any browser on Android, iPhone, Windows or Mac and the file is yours.
The file you save is byte-for-byte what Pinterest serves. We never brand, crop, re-encode or overlay anything on top of it.
Links are resolved on the fly and streamed straight through. We keep no copy of your pin, no download history and no personal data.
One box handles every pin type, including multi-page Idea Pins and carousels, where each slide gets its own download button.
Static pre-rendered pages, system fonts and a lookup API with no client framework. The page paints before most sites finish their first request.
A Pinterest video pin is not a plain <video> file sitting at a guessable
address. The player is fed a list of renditions, and the app decides which one to stream based
on your screen and connection. Right-clicking gives you the player, not the file, and the app
offers no save option at all.
This downloader asks Pinterest for the pin record itself, reads the rendition list out of it and shows you every MP4 in one place. That is why you can deliberately choose 720p even if your phone was only ever streaming 480p.
Android: Chrome drops the MP4 into Downloads and it shows up in
your Gallery or Files app within a few seconds.
iPhone & iPad: Safari saves to the Files app under Downloads. From there, tap the file, use the share sheet and choose Save Video to move it into Photos.
Windows & macOS: the MP4 goes to your normal Downloads folder and opens in any player, including QuickTime, VLC and the built-in Windows player.
Saving a clip to watch offline, to study a technique or to keep a reference is ordinary personal use. Re-uploading it as your own, running ads against it or selling it is not, and the creator keeps their copyright either way. When in doubt, credit the creator and link back to the original pin.

Open the video pin in the Pinterest app, tap the share arrow, tap Copy link, then paste that link into the box on this page and choose a resolution. The MP4 saves to your device without any app install.
Pinterest stores each video pin in several renditions, typically 240p, 480p and 720p, and some newer pins go higher. We list all of them and put the largest first, so the default button is always the best quality that exists for that pin.
Yes, if the original pin has sound. The MP4 we hand you is the complete file Pinterest serves, with its audio track intact. Some pins are simply uploaded silent.
Pinterest only encodes the resolutions the uploader supplied. If a creator uploaded a 480p clip, no 720p version exists anywhere and no tool can invent one.
This tool downloads the MP4 as-is rather than transcoding it. Once you have the file, any local converter or video editor can extract the audio track if you have the right to do so.
Pinterest video pins are short by design, usually under 15 minutes, and everything in that range downloads fine. We cap proxied files at 200 MB, which no normal pin comes close to.

Scroll back up, paste the link and pick a quality. It takes about five seconds.
