We respect copyright and expect our users to do the same. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what we can realistically act on.
We host nothing
PinFetch stores no images, videos or GIFs. When a link is submitted, the file is streamed directly from Pinterest’s content delivery network to the person who asked for it and is never saved on our infrastructure. There is therefore no copy of your work on our servers for us to delete.
If your work is on Pinterest and you want it removed at the source, the effective route is Pinterest’s own copyright reporting process. Removing it there removes it everywhere, including from this tool.
Submitting a notice to us
If you still believe this service is being used to infringe your rights, send a notice to hello@pinfetch.top including all of the following:
- Your full name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact pin URL or page URL you are complaining about.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
Valid notices are reviewed within five working days. Where a specific URL can be blocked from being processed by this service, we will block it and confirm to you in writing.
Counter-notices and abuse
Knowingly filing a false claim carries legal consequences. If you believe a block was applied in error, write to the same address with an explanation and we will re-examine it.
